Final Sale

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Items marked as final sale are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange. Exceptions are only made for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • No Price Adjustments: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for price adjustments or price matches under any circumstances. The pricing is fixed and will not be modified after purchase.


  • Authorization Required: All returns, exchanges, or refund requests must be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department.
  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened unless defective.
  • Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization: All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service.
  • Shipping Charges: Additional shipping and handling charges apply. If the return or exchange is due to our error or a defect, return shipping and handling charges will be waived.


  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • COD Shipments: Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
  • Proper Packing: Items must be properly packed to protect against damage during delivery. Items unacceptable for resale will not be refunded.
  • Error or Defect: If the return or exchange is due to our error or a defect, shipping costs will not be incurred.


The following items are NOT returnable or exchangeable unless defective or the result of our error:

  • Assembled Rackets
  • Tables
  • Glues
  • Cleaners
  • Edge Tapes

Important Note on Tables

  • Inspection Required: Inspect all packaging and merchandise carefully upon delivery.
  • Damaged Items: If the item or packaging appears damaged, refuse delivery and contact I&G Pickleball customer support immediately.
  • Post-Delivery Issues: Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be guaranteed once the item has been signed for.


  • Notification: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, you will be notified regarding your refund status.
  • Processing Time: If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will only be made using the original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect.

Provide your order number for assistance with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
